Upon emailing Support, you will be returned with a ticket number. This will be your reference relating to this issue or query. You will be able to track your ticket number by email updates or our web based ticket system.

Approved Telecom offer telephone support. Between "office hours" of 9am-5.30pm GMT we would ask that all clients contact us by one of the above methods. Enterprise Maintenance package customers have a dedicated 24/7 number for our on-call engineer.
